Creativity Challenge!

Starting 7th September 2026 - 30 days for £30

What would it feel like to show up for your creativity every single day for a month?

If you're keen to nurture your relationship with creativity and would like some support in the process, this is for you!
We'll gently expand our capacity to move through the patterns that keep us blocked, developing our creative practice in a sustainable way that can continue beyond the 30 day challenge.

The goal isn't output, it's nourishing fertile ground... that said, I find that output naturally tends to follow nourishing!

This is round 2 of the challenge. Here's what round 1 participants had to say:
What will we actually do?

The aim of the challenge is to make a sustainable impact on our relationship to our creative practice. Some of the things we cover are:

- The different types of attention and how important it is to cultivate BOTH!

- I'll be sharing tools on unwinding self censorship, accessing your creativity when inspiration is low, and sitting with the things that come up when you go deeper.

- We investigate the science of motivation, what our individual friction/resistance points are, and how we can begin to address them and move towards a sustainable rhythm.

- We'll all find our minimum viable participation point for the hard days, to keep our self trust intact.

If you miss days or fall off, it's OK! Choosing to put down our perfectionism and pick up from where we left off can be very powerful.
How does it actually work?

The course is delivered over a messaging app called Telegram (it's similar to WhatsApp but more secure).

It is set up so that only I can share, to avoid the chaos of a group chat!

The majority of the content will be delivered over voice-notes by me on the day, live and direct! (transcripts will be available).

The voice notes vary in length. On average they're between 2 and 6 minutes. Occasionally there will be a longer one of around 10 minutes.

The time spent exploring the prompts in practice can be flexible according to your needs. You can do one minute a day, or as long as you like!

There is a private Facebook group for you to connect and share with one another.
Why am I doing this?

I've worked as a musician my whole adult life, but that doesn't mean I always live my best artful life. There have been plenty of times that I haven't let myself make the work I wanted to make.

It was because I was in a creative rut that I decided to do round 1, and I loved it so much that I'm gonna do round 2, and I'd love you to join!

Over the years I've built a solid toolkit for moving through stagnation and avoidance, and I had the idea to collate it into something I could share with others.

I think creativity is way more important than we allow it to be, and whether you consider yourself an artist or not, living artfully will directly impact your quality of life (in my opinion!)

Alongside my work as an artist, I have over 15 years' experience supporting peoples' creativity in schools, hospitals, and community spaces.
